Purchase of access to day events and gift cards (e.g. breathwork)
**Binding Enrollment: **
Once you have purchased a gift card or access to an event, your registration is binding and no refunds will be provided.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Payment is made by debit card, MobilePay, invoice or cash, and confirmed upon receipt.

Mikael Kyneb cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (force majeure).
Participation in treatments and events is at your own risk. Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect the treatment or event.

Mikael Kyneb reserves the right to cancel or change the dates of treatments or events. In such cases, a new time or alternative solution will be offered, or you will be refunded the full amount.

When making a purchase, your information is recorded in accordance with GDPR. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

**Transfer of space: **
If you are prevented from attending, you can transfer your seat to another person. This must be communicated to Mikael Kyneb no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
**Right of withdrawal: **
According to Danish legislation on distance selling, there is no right of withdrawal for individual leisure activities with a specific date or period, cf. section 18, paragraph 2, point 12 of the Consumer Contracts Act.
